Our motivation is clear and strong: to create happiness for clients by creating one-and-only portraits that can capture both the very unique personalities of the pets as well as the particular feeling and imagination parents have for their fur babies.

PHOTO TIPS
If you follow the photo tips below, your photo should be good to use.
Take the photo in good lighting. We suggest outdoors in the daylight.
Take the photo at eye level.
It’s ok if they are not looking directly at the camera.
Get pretty close to your pet’s face.
Make sure it is not blurry.
Make sure all of your pet’s features are in the photo and do not get cutoff.
If it isn’t in the frame we can’t recreate it.
If there’s an issue, we’ll let you know. If we reach out for a new photo and you are unable to provide one, we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for providing a photo that you are happy with.
Submitting a new photo could add to the turnaround time.
